NST LAW leadership strengthened by addition of Andjelka Radovanovic as Senior Associate. She joins the firm having spent many years at a top tier Commercial law firm and subsequently established her own firm 4 years ago. She joins the firm with her client base and will be responsible for further growing the joint business. Despite the covid situation over the past year, NST Law has achieved excellent results and Andjelka will strengthen the Corporate team in particular.

We are pleased to announce the successful completion of our latest M&A project advising Amdico Iternational on the purchase of the hospitality company HTP Srbija doo in Vrsac from Spanish hotel chain Eix Daurda Invest sl.

Srbija doo also owns and manages the Hotel Srbija in Vrsac – with central location. This is another interesting deal in the very dynamic hospitality sector despite continued covid conditions.
